Why Essential Oils... and Why With Me?
For thousands of years, plants have been used to support health, healing, and emotional wellbeing. Essential oils are one of my favourite ways to bring the wisdom of nature into everyday life.
I don't see essential oils as a quick fix. I see them as a gentle invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and support your body in the way it was designed to heal.
Our sense of smell is closely linked to the parts of the brain involved in memory, emotion, and the nervous system. Sometimes, a single aroma can evoke a forgotten memory, create a sense of calm, or help shift how we're feeling in a matter of moments. It's one of the many reasons I'm so passionate about incorporating plant medicine into my practice.
