Inspire Blend

A combination of Lemon, Rosemary, Clove, Grapefruit, Mandarin, Bergamot, Tangerine, Ginger, Clementine, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Sandalwood, Jasmine, Vanilla, Damiana and Fractionated Coconut Oil (10ml).

These oils will support rational thinking and abundant thoughts, help you to feel energised and alert, and assist if you are feeling "creatively blocked".

Apply to inner wrists, back of neck and soles of feet.

Calm Blend

A combination of Lavender, Wild Orange, Spruce, Ho Wood, Blue Tansy, Frankincense, Blue Chamomile, Osmanthus, Vetiver, Ylang Ylang, Marjoram, Cedarwood, Roman Chamomile, Vanilla, Hawaiian Sandalwood and Fractionated Coconut Oil.

This blend of oils will help to calm anxious feelings, assist you to become more self-aware and expressive, ground and re-balance your thoughts, and ease feelings of hysteria.

Apply to inner wrists, back of neck and soles of feet.

Fertility

A combination of Clary Sage, Fennel, Geranium, Grapefruit, Bergamot and Fractionated Coconut Oil. Designed to assist with endocrine system function, support your hormone and emotional balance, and support healthy progesterone and oestrogen levels. Apply to abdomen (focusing on uterus) morning and night.

Sleep

A combination of Vetiver, Lavender, Cedarwood, Roman Chamomile and Fractionated Coconut Oil. These oils will help to support a sense of calm and relaxation, and reduce agitation. Apply along spine and soles of feet thirty minutes before bed.

Birth

A combination of Frankincense, Geranium, Lavender, Clary Sage, Spruce, Ho Wood, Blue Tansy, Blue Chamomile, Osmanthus and Fractionated Coconut Oil. These oils will provide emotional support, love, strength and care. Apply to abdomen, lower back, or wherever you require it most.

Note: this is a 10ml roller bottle without the roller ball so it can be poured over the abdomen/lower back.

Baby on Board

A combination of Lemon, Lavender, Ylang Ylang, Geranium, Roman Chamomile and Fractionated Coconut Oil. These oils will assist with emotional support, swelling, fatigue, nausea, aches, itchy skin and sleep. Apply to inner wrists, back of neck, soles of feet, or wherever you require it most (e.g. sore legs).

Lactation

A blend of Clary Sage, Fennel, Lavender and Fractionated Coconut Oil. These oils will support milk supply and help to balance hormones. Lavender will also assist in healing tender breasts. Apply over the breast, avoiding the nipple, 3-4 times a day after breastfeeding.

Note: do not use Fennel on your breasts for longer than 10 days in a row.

Immune

A combination of Frankincense, On Guard, Arborvitae and Fractionated Coconut Oil. These oils have immune boosting properties, provide

support for our body’s antioxidant defenses and safeguards against environmental and seasonal threats. Apply along spine and soles of feet daily.

Immune Bomb

A combination of Frankincense, On Guard, Lemon, Tea Tree, Oregano, Copaiba and Fractionated Coconut Oil. These oils have immune boosting properties, provide support for our body’s antioxidant defenses and safeguards against environmental and seasonal threats. Apply along spine and soles of feet every hour when unwell, until you notice improvement.

*Note: please take a break after 7 days of using this blend because of the Oregano.

Tummy

A combination of Anise, Peppermint, Ginger, Caraway, Coriander, Tarragon, Fennel and Fractionated Coconut Oil. These oils will help to soothe a sore tummy, indigestion and colic/reflux. Apply in a clockwise direction around belly button.

Note: if this is for morning sickness, please write this in the notes at checkout so I can amend the recipe.

Thyroid

Please specify in the comments you're requirements (e.g. hyper/hypothyroidism) and I can make a blend to suit. Example ingredients include: Rosemary, Myrrh, Ginger, Juniper Berry, Peppermint, Clove, Lemongrass and Blue Tansy. The combination of oils will provide hormone and

thyroid support. Apply to thyroid gland and soles of feet morning and night.

Patience

A combination of Cardamom, Thyme, Wintergreen, Cypress, Tangerine and Fractionated Coconut Oil. This blend will help you to relinquish the control and trust in the ebbs and flows of life. Apply to pulse points, soles of feet and back of neck.

Puffy Eye

A combination of Frankincense, Cypress, Rosemary and Fractionated Coconut Oil. This blend will help to reduce puffiness and smooth the skin.

Apply under eyes and store in fridge.

Respiratory

A combination of Frankincense, Lime, Laurel, Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Tea Tree, Lemon, Cardamom, Ravintsara, Ravensara and Fractionated

Coconut Oil. These oils help to clear congestion, open airways and provide overall respiratory support. Apply to chest, back, down spine and one soles of feet (add socks if possible).

Self Love

A combination of Cinnamon, Bergamot, Grapefruit, Geranium, Myrrh and Fractionated Coconut Oil. This blend will promote feelings of self-acceptance, empowerment, and confidence. Apply over heart, back of neck and soles of feet.

Muscle Tension

A combination of Marjoram, Ginger, Cypress, Peppermint, Basil, Grapefruit, Lavender, Wintergreen, Camphor, Ylang Ylang, Helichrysum, Blue Tansy, Blue Chamomile, Osmanthus and Fractionated Coconut Oil. This blend will help to relieve muscle tension. Apply to area of concern and massage in as often as required.

Head Tension

A combination of Lavender, Peppermint, Frankincense and Fractionated Coconut Oil. This blend will help to relieve head tension. Apply to back of neck, temples and forehead.
