THIS IS ME

I am Renae O'Flaherty, a certified kinesiologist, energy healer, Reiki Master and Teacher, Pilates instructor and meditation guide based in Woonona, Wollongong on the NSW South Coast.

For over ten years I have been supporting clients across Australia and worldwide, in person and online, to find the emotional and subconscious root cause of what their body is carrying and release it. Using muscle reflex testing, I work with the subconscious mind to identify and clear stress, fear, trauma and old patterns that have been quietly directing health, relationships and everyday life.

My approach weaves together kinesiology, energy healing, Reiki, aromatherapy and conscious living, guided by genuine care, professional training and deep intuition. Every session is tailored to what surfaces for you. Nothing is forced and nothing is rushed.

My purpose is simple, to help people reconnect with their own inner wisdom, release what no longer serves them and step into a more aligned and purposeful life.

The body remembers. I help you listen.

My story

My work sits at the intersection of body awareness, emotional patterning, and nervous system regulation.

I am interested in what shapes us beneath the surface. The patterns we repeat without realising. The beliefs we inherit. The way stress, experience, and environment quietly influence how we think, feel, and respond to life.

Because most of what drives us is not conscious. It is patterned.

And when we begin to see those patterns clearly, we regain choice.

Curiosity and perception.

For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to understanding people beyond what is immediately visible. Not just what they are experiencing, but why they experience life the way they do.

Over time, this curiosity evolved into a deeper understanding of how we adapt to our environment, how we disconnect from internal signals, and how easily external expectations can override our own sense of truth if we are not anchored within ourselves.

Expansion of perspective.

At 23, I moved to London. What began as a change of location became a period of expansion and perspective. Living and travelling overseas exposed me to different ways of thinking and being, and reinforced something I continue to observe in my work today. When life feels uncertain or overstimulated, we often default to external cues rather than internal awareness.

Pattern recognition and human behaviour.

Professionally, I worked in investigation and litigation across Sydney and London. This strengthened my ability to observe detail, identify patterns, and understand complexity without taking things at face value. It also deepened my interest in human behaviour and the layers that sit beneath it.

A personal turning point.

Returning to Australia brought a significant personal chapter. I married my husband and together we prepared for the arrival of our first daughter. It was a meaningful and expansive time, one that held both anticipation and the reality of stepping into a new phase of life.

During this period, my husband experienced a significant health challenge with severe back pain that left him bedridden. Together, we navigated medical systems, specialists, scans, and treatment pathways while also navigating uncertainty and day-to-day life. It was a time that required steadiness, presence, and the ability to hold both external support and internal awareness.

Listening to the body.

Through his own persistence and willingness to deeply listen to his body, the underlying cause was eventually identified. Witnessing this process reinforced something I had always observed. The body communicates constantly, but many of us have been conditioned to override or disconnect from those signals in favour of external authority or reassurance.

A shift in direction.

This became a turning point in my work.

It clarified my belief that healing is not about outsourcing answers. It is about rebuilding the connection between the body, perception, and internal knowing so that decisions are made from clarity rather than conditioning, fear, or default patterning.

Transition into practice.

After more than a decade working in the corporate world across Sydney and London, I stepped away to pursue a path that had been quietly forming through lived experience and continued study..

I immersed myself in holistic health, nervous system awareness, and mind body approaches that explore how patterns are formed and how they can begin to shift when they are brought into conscious awareness and worked with directly. Over time, I integrated a range of modalities that allow me to support people in a way that is precise, grounded, and individually responsive.

How I work today.

Today, my work brings together kinesiology, root-cause healing, energy work, and nervous system support. Each session is tailored, because no two people carry the same experiences, patterns, or internal landscape.

I do not approach healing as fixing. I approach it as awareness, regulation, and reconnection.

A return to internal clarity so that how you move through life is informed by what is true for you, not what has been absorbed, conditioned, or assumed.

My role is to create a space where people can slow down enough to notice what has been running in the background, reconnect with their internal signals, and begin to relate to themselves with more awareness and self trust.

Because when we can see the pattern, we are no longer only living inside it.

And from there, something new becomes possible.

Collaborations & Speaking

I am available for selected collaborations, podcast conversations, workshops, and retreat experiences.

My work explores the connection between body awareness, nervous system patterns, and internal perception, and how we can begin to recognise and shift the unconscious patterns that shape the way we think, feel, and respond to life.

COLLABORATION & ENQUIRES

Testimony

Healing isn't about having all the answers—it's about creating space for new possibilities to emerge.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of witnessing people reconnect with parts of themselves they thought had been lost beneath stress, self-doubt, life experiences, and expectations.

Again and again, I see what becomes possible when people feel safe enough to slow down, listen inward, and trust the wisdom of their own body. Clarity emerges. Confidence grows. Life begins to feel lighter and more aligned.

It's an honour to walk alongside people as they rediscover their own capacity for healing and change.
