I’m Renae O’Flaherty, a Reiki Master & Teacher based in Woonona, Wollongong on the NSW South Coast. I offer personalised Reiki training and certification in a supportive, grounded and intuitive environment.

Training & Attunement
Whether you are completely new to energy healing, looking to deepen your own personal practice or a holistic practitioner wanting to expand your skill set, there is a pathway here for you.
Reiki is increasingly embraced within complementary health, wellbeing and holistic practices. Massage therapists, yoga teachers, naturopaths, counsellors, somatic practitioners and coaches may choose to explore Reiki as an additional practice alongside the work they already do.
But you don't need to be a practitioner.
Reiki can begin simply as a personal practice; a way to deepen your own connection, awareness and relationship with energy.

Level 1 & 2 Certificate
Begin your Reiki journey; learn to channel healing energy for yourself and those closest to you.
Reiki Level One and Two introduces you to the foundations of this ancient healing practice. You will be attuned to the Reiki energy and learn how to work with it for your own wellbeing and for family and friends. A deeply personal and often life-changing experience.
Level 3 & 4 Certificate
Deepen your practice and expand your ability to work with others.
Building on your Level One and Two foundation, this certification deepens your connection to Reiki energy and prepares you to work with greater skill and confidence.
For those ready to take their practice to the next level.
Professional Practitioner
For those ready to offer Reiki professionally.
This pathway is designed for those called to share Reiki as a professional offering. Developing the structured skills, ethical framework and confidence needed to work with clients in a professional setting.
Master Training
The highest level of Reiki training.
For those called to teach, attune others and carry the Reiki lineage forward. The Reiki Master level is a profound commitment and a significant honour; approached with care, intention and deep respect for the practice.
Learn Reiki in a Personal, Intimate Way
I believe Reiki is something to be experienced, not simply learned from a manual.
My training is intentionally personal and experiential, giving you space to ask questions, practise, receive Reiki and develop your own relationship with the practice.
I share traditional Reiki teachings alongside my own experience working with energy, while encouraging you to develop your own awareness and intuition.
There is no need to perform or get everything “right”.
You are learning to trust what you experience.

Reiki Training in Wollongong
Reiki training and attunements are offered from my private studio in Woonona, Wollongong on the NSW South Coast.
Training is offered in an intimate setting, allowing space for learning, practice, questions and integration rather than simply moving through content.
