I am Renae O'Flaherty, a Reiki Master and certified kinesiologist based in Woonona, Wollongong on the NSW South Coast. I have been practising and teaching Reiki for over ten years, holding small intentional workshops designed to create a genuine learning environment where every student feels safe, supported and held.
Reiki is a gentle and deeply restorative energy healing practice; working with the body's own intelligence to clear what has accumulated and restore natural balance and ease. Whether you are completely new to energy healing or looking to deepen an existing practice, there is a pathway here for you.
Workshops are held over a weekend at my Woonona studio and are kept intentionally small so that every person receives the attention and space they need to learn and integrate with confidence.

Level One & Two Certificate
Begin your Reiki journey; learn to channel healing energy for yourself and those closest to you.
Reiki Level One and Two introduces you to the foundations of this ancient healing practice. You will be attuned to the Reiki energy and learn how to work with it for your own wellbeing and for family and friends. A deeply personal and often life-changing experience.
Level Three & Four Certificate
Deepen your practice and expand your ability to work with others.
Building on your Level One and Two foundation, this certification deepens your connection to Reiki energy and prepares you to work with greater skill and confidence. For those ready to take their practice to the next level.
Professional Practitioner
For those ready to offer Reiki professionally.
This pathway is designed for those called to share Reiki as a professional offering; developing the structured skills, ethical framework and confidence needed to work with clients in a professional setting.

Renae's Mastership
My Reiki practice is rooted in two distinct lineages, Usui Reiki, the traditional Japanese system that forms the foundation of most Reiki practice worldwide, and Angelic Reiki, a powerful and deeply spiritual modality that works with the angelic realm to facilitate healing at a soul level. Together these two traditions bring both grounded professional structure and a profound spiritual dimension to the work.
Whichever pathway calls you, whether you are beginning with Level One or stepping into the Master level — you will be trained with care, held with warmth and supported every step of the way.
