Under the glow of the Harvest Moon, the full moon closest to the equinox, we honour the season of abundance. Together, we’ll reflect on what we’ve cultivated, release what’s complete, and plant seeds for the next chapter.

Through gentle somatic movement, breathwork, heart-centered cacao, meditation, and group Reiki, we’ll soften the body, clear the mind, and open the heart. This is a sacred reset for your energy, your emotions, and your spirit.

The Harvest Moon invites you to pause, celebrate your growth, and realign with your deepest intentions; held in a circle of connection and loving presence.

Meet Renae, your facilitator
With a background in kinesiology, Reiki, intuitive healing, and meditation, she guides and holds space with warmth, compassion, and deep respect for your journey. Drawing from years of working with the body, mind, and spirit, her offerings weave together energy healing, mindfulness, movement, and ritual.

Renae leads from the heart, guides by the values of connection, presence, and transformation.

Each circle is a gentle yet potent blend of practices that nourish your nervous system, awaken your intuition, and help you feel more grounded, open, and aligned.

These gatherings are often described as “a reset for the soul.”
