Through gentle somatic movement, breathwork, heart-centered anointment, meditation, and group Reiki, we’ll soften the body, clear the mind, and open the heart. Each gathering is a sacred reset for your energy, emotions, and spirit, and an invitation to pause, realign, and connect with your inner rhythm.

This subscription is intentionally small and consistent, allowing you to deepen connection with like-minded souls and build continuity over time. Each session blends reflection, ritual, and presence, guiding you to feel more grounded, open, and aligned with your intentions.

A Certified Kinesiologist, Holistic Practitioner, Reiki Master and Meditation Teacher, Renae holds space with warmth, compassion, and deep respect for your journey. Drawing from years of experience, her offerings weave together energy healing, mindfulness, movement, and ritual — guiding from the heart, through connection, presence, and transformation.
