Insomnia Taking Over

Today, as I analysed a particular situation, I learned through the process that one woman had a fear buried in the cavity of her mind. The fear caused this person outstanding stress that lead her to insomnia.

Although the single fear was merely a start to finding the problem, it certainly must be eliminated so this person can rest at ease. Since the woman had been the victim of various crimes with one of those crimes being a victim of stress she had a buried fear that someone would come in her home.

Every time she walked to the store, she worried about someone going in her home since the back door did not lock properly. Finally, an associate fixed her backdoor and now it locks, however the adjoining apartment has a door that links to her apartment and her son often unlocks the door to get inside the home. Now she must check both doors in her home and the door in the adjoining apartment to make sure all doors are locked. The woman could not apply for work due to the door issue. Last night the woman fell asleep peacefully after visiting her physician and receiving medications to help, her cope with stress and find peace to sleep at night. She slept all to wake up and find that the back door was left unlocked by her son and realized that she was captured by fear. Thus, the solution to eliminating insomnia is working to help the woman grasp her fear and put the fear in an appropriate perspective, although her fear is real to a large degree. Next, we must work through the stress to fight the insomnia that she suffers.

 

To reduce stress we must learn techniques, exercise and eat proper foods to minimize the problems in a single life. Techniques for reducing stress should include rhythmic breathing, which details inhaling and exhaling breaths at a count to ten. The techniques should also include PMRT or progressive muscle relaxation training, which details learning to relax the muscles along with other types of techniques to minimize stress.

 

Exercise is essential for minimizing stress. If you can't afford to visit the gym then learn some exercises at home that do not require expensive equipment. Aerobics is a great exercise that includes cardio, joint workout, mass, and so forth. Combining all exercises is the best result for minimizing stress and reducing insomnia. Cardiovascular exercises are necessary since both insomnia and stress will lead to heart attacks, strokes, high-blood pressure and other major diseases and illnesses that in turn could lead to death.

 

Dieting is also essential for minimizing stress and reducing insomnia attacks. To learn more about dieting consult with your physician or else visit the Internet where free information is available.

 

Now we come to stressors. Stressors are changes in simple terms that strike at the emotions and the mind, thus triggering the sources. Stressors can be good or bad; however, it depends on the person and how they handle the stressors and stress.

Stressors are basically expectations that something will happen or something is pending to happen, or else a figment of someone's imagination that it won't happen. Death is real. Many people stress over death whether it is real or not at the time. Thus, this builds on the emotions, which in turns escalates stress, which in turn leads to insomnia in some instances. The solution then is stop worrying about what you can't change and do something about what you can change. If you are believing that you are going to die, well then it is real sometime in your life but examine your life now to determine the length of time you have to enjoy life.
